Mr. Voboril is a distinguished leader in Czechia's public health and security sectors, holding pivotal international policy positions and reporting directly to the Prime Minister. His engagement with NGOs and local initiatives reflects his keen insight into policy effects, especially financial ones. With a 25-year track record in executive management, he excels in public policy, budgeting, and tackling public health and security issues.

His notable contributions include managing the Methamphetamine crisis response, international consulting, leading Czech UN delegations and founding the second-largest Czech NGO focused on addiction, showcasing his profound legislative and policy expertise.

Mr Drake, with more than 15 years experience within the education sector, has made significant strides in enhancing operational efficiency and spearheaded initiatives that improve operational processes, boosting staff productivity and the quality of education. His comprehensive approach covers process optimisation, team leadership and project management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Having worked and trained at senior level in areas such as governance and capacity building and with rivalled experience in identifying operational issues and executing strategic solutions, he is  a vital ally for NGOs aiming to successfully achieve their missions, 

Pavel Kubů is a leading expert in medical informatics and addictology. He led a number of healthcare and education initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe for Intel from 2005 to 2015. Currently, he chairs the Ethics Committee at the National Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction and directs the medical strategy at Elon Technologies, focusing on innovative treatments using printed light technology in wearable devices.

In 2015, he co-founded the International Cannabis and Cannabinoids Institute, further establishing his leadership in medical research and innovation. Additionally, Pavel serves on the Commercialisation Board of the National Institute of Mental Health. In 2021, he assumed the role of Chief Medical Officer at P4P Technology, leading advancements in patient-focused health solutions.
